This is a lovely soft untreated 21 micron worsted spun yarn. It knits up into a lovely soft product with great stitch definition. Suitable for most garments from hats and scarves to jumpers and gloves.
Being non MachineWash treated, take up of dye is slower resulting in softer subtle colour changes.
This kit of 3 skeins comprises 3 colourways, Lavendula, Dilly Dilly and Lavender’s Blue. Lovely purples, violet, navy, pink and greens with sprinkles of pink, green and navy. Each dye lot varies slightly and each skein within each pan also varies.
- 400 m per 100 gm skein X 3 skeins
- 2.75 – 3.25 mm needles
- Tension: 28 sts / 36 rows per 10 cm
- This yarn is not treated so gentle handwashing in cool water is required.
If knitting as a fade, I recommend alternating colours at least every 2 rows when changing colour.
