Advent Calendar 2026 – Mindful Moments

Christmas is bright, busy, and full of colour, just the way we like it at Roxy Fibres. It’s also a season that can move quickly, with long to‑do lists, full calendars, and very little space to pause.

Mindful Moments is a 24‑day wool dyeing advent designed to bring a little steadiness into that colourful rush.

BUT ….

Because I know budgets are tight I am going to split the advent in 2.  So you can buy a half advent, and open your parcels every other day, or buy a full advent and open a parcel every day. Both options will have a full skein to open on Christmas Day.

Each day you unwrap a small tissue‑wrapped package, it will contain a New Zealand‑inspired colour,  a little surprise like a stitch marker, and a gentle wellness prompt. Nothing heavy, nothing to master, just a simple invitation to slow down while you work with your hands.

Colour and wool have a way of doing that naturally. Working with wool is already a mindful act. This advent leans into what we love most, colour, making, and the quiet focus that comes with fibre hobbies, and weaves mindfulness into the process without overthinking it.

There’s no pressure. Just one colour a day, one small moment of attention, and a handmade way to stay connected to yourself during the Christmas season.
