Roxy Fibres currently uses New Zealand Post as courier for all NZ nationwide. We review our courier services from time to time, and may make changes. We are also investigating the use of recycled paper and recycled plastic packaging… doing our bit for the environment.

When we receive an order we will validate the order and delivery will be made by NZ Post. We intend to deliver all products ASAP following confirmation of the order. Deliveries may exclude weekends and public holidays, depending on the courier and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

We are not liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any products damaged in transit.
