Sock weight super soft worsted spun 2 ply Mulberry Silk
The silkworms that produce the silk are fed only on mulberry leaves resulting in some of the finest silk in the world. The mulberry silk is worsted spun to produce a yarn that is luxuriously soft and smooth but not slippery as many synthetic fibres are. Silk is one of the strongest natural fibres. It is absorbant and feels cool to the touch so is perfect for spring and summer garments and accessories.
