Extrafine merino wool (19.5 mic) makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durabilty.
This is a very soft yarn and useful for everything from socks and gloves through to jumpers,vests, shawls and scarves. Used double it can be knit as a DK/8 Ply yarn.
These small 50 g skeins are sufficient for only 1 sock. At least 2 are required for a pair of socks. Great to pair with a set of miniskeins or other yarns for larger projects.
